Flovers Hat her sene farklı bir tema etrafında şekillenip hazırlanıyor ve evet bu seneki temamız: INDIA/HİNDİSTAN Flovers Hat 2017 süresince müzik, dans ve kıyafetlerle katılımcılara bu zengin, renkli ve eğlenceli kültürün bizi en çok etkileyen yanlarını yansıtacak ve tema çerçevesinde hazırladığımız çeşitli oyun ve atölyelerle seninle sürekli etkileşim halinde olacağız. Biraz açmak gerekirse bu sene festivalde renkli kumaşlarla, batik ve toz boyalarla, hint kınasıyla ve hitlilerle karşılaşmaya hazır ol! Katılımcıların bu temaya kendi bakış açıları doğrultusunda katkıda bulunmarı bizim için çok değerlidir. Tema çerçevesinde yaratıcı yaklaşımlarını ve eğlenceli tavrını turnuva süresince herkesle paylaşmanı dileriz. Toplam 12 takım ve 120 oyuncu ile 3 sahada gerçekleşecektir. Turnuva formatı ve fikstürü @WFDF/Beach Ultimate standartlarında SWISS DRAW eşleşme kuralları geçerli olacak şekilde hazırlandı. Bunu yapmamızdaki bir amaç da turnuvaya ödediğin katılım bedeli haricinde mümkün olduğunca cebinden daha fazla para çıkmasını engellemeye çalışmak ve spor yaparak yorgun düşen bedenine ihtiyacı olan lezzetli besinleri sağlayabilmektir. Mutfağımızda cuma günü “Hoş Geldin Çorbası”, cumartesi ve pazar sabahı “Açık Büfe Kahvaltı” ve cumartesi gecesi akşam yemeği servisimiz olacaktır. Ayrıca gün içerisinde kolay yemeklerle katılımcıların karınlarını doyurmayı planlıyoruz. Kendi ağız tadına uygun yiyecekler hazırlamak istersen seni de mutfağa alabiliriz. Bar servisi Dharma Beach Club’ın tahsis edeceği kişiler tarafında yapılacaktır. Dolayısıyla kendi çadırını getirmeni bekliyoruz. Eğer çadırın yoksa veya getiremeyecek durumdaysan bunu bize gelmeden bildirmelisin. Çadır ihtiyaçları ek bir ücret karşılığında sağlanacaktır. FİYATLANDIRMA Bu sene 1 oyuncu katılım bedeli 160₺ olarak belirlendi, katılımcıların en geç 1 Eylül 2017’ye kadar kaydolmalarını bekliyoruz. 1 Eylül – 15 Eylül tarihleri arası geç kayıt süreci başlayacaktır ve geç kayıt bilet fiyatı 180₺ olarak belirlenmiştir. Turnuvaya katılmayacak fakat izleyici olmak isteyenlere katılım bedeli 110₺ olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu ücrete oyuncu paketi ve turnuva katılımı dışında her şey dahildir. 8 Ağustos itibariyle kayıtlar herkese açılmıştır ve kayıtlanma süreci 31 Ağustos 2017 tarihinde son bulacaktır. 1 Eylül – 15 Eylül tarihleri arasında limitler dahilinde geç kayıt dönemi olacaktır. The Flovers Hat is being shaped and prepared around a different theme each year and yes the theme of this year is: INDIA During the Flovers Hat 2017, we will introduce our most impressive aspects of this rich, colorful and entertaining culture with music, dance and attire. We will constantly interact with you with the various games and workshops we have on the theme. So be ready to meet with colorful fabrics, batik and powder paints, Indian couture and hits this year at the festival! Each team has 5 players on the field and the objective is to score points by catching the flying disc (Frisbee™) in the endzone of the opponent (similar to American Football). We aimed to make a tournament with a total of 12 teams and 120 players. It’s open for all ages and levels participations, and the teams will be drawn from the hat and balanced. The tournament format and fixture are prepared in accordance with the WFDF / Beach Ultimate standards SWISS DRAW match rules. The details of the tournament form and fixture were drafted in such a way that the SWISS DRAW match rules in the WFDF / Beach Ultimate standards will apply. Our aim is to try to prevent more money from your pocket than possible, except for the participation fee, which you pay for, and to provide you with the delicious food you need for your tired body by doing sports. On Fridays, we will have “Welcome Gourmet Soup” on Friday, “Open Buffet Breakfast” on Saturday and Sunday morning, and Saturday evening dinner service. We also plan to feed the participants’ bellies with easy meals during the day. If you want to prepare your own mouth-watering food, we can take you to the kitchen. Bar service will be provided by the persons to be allocated by Dharma Beach Club. So we expect you to bring your own tent. If you do not have a tent or you can not bring it, you should report it to us. Tent needs will be provided for an additional fee. PRICING This year the participation fee for a player was determined as 40€, and we expect the participants to register by 1 September 2017 at the latest. The late registration period will begin between September 1st and September 15th, and the late registration ticket price is set at 45€. For participants who will not participate in the tour but want to be a spectator, the participation fee is determined as 30€. This fee includes everything except team package and tournament participation. As of August 8, all records will be opened and the registration process will end on August 31, 2017.
